Montagna di Sale, Mimmo Paladino
Milan
In July 2011 Milan’s Palazzo Reale dedicated a personal exhibition to contemporary artist Mimmo Paladino. For such event, the artist created a giant installation a few meters away from the iconic milanese Duomo: a true salt’s mountain. In order to preserve the integrity of his work, the Neapolitan artist covered the salt with nontoxic and waterproof Poliepo resin.
