Resin is a material that lends itself perfectly to the creation of personalized jewelry, unique accessories and why not, given the period, even decorazioni natalizie in resina for your tree.
Let’s see what you need:

  • Two-component polymer resin
  • Confectioner’s bag
  • Sheet of acetate
  • Glue
  • Coloured pigments
  • Roller

Before starting, it is good to know that the resin, being a two-component material, has to be mixed;to obtain a good result, we advise you to read the instructions on the boxes. Once you have obtained the mixture you can start creating.

A simple but visually pleasing decoration is, for example, sea waves or simple geometric designs. To create these shapes simply insert the resin into the bag and press it down, creating six thin threads of resin. For the waves of the sea, for example, you can choose several shades of blue or light blue, or for other designs even a single colour. For this work we recommend that you use cardboard objects directly to encourage perfect adhesion of the resin.

If you want to make other objects it is preferable to use a sheet of acetate where you can arrange the decorations. If you are particularly fond of handmade products, try making wonderful jewelry. First choose the colours you prefer and cast them in molds, which can be purchased from our online shop or directly from our shop. Resin is perfect for special effects such as hard stone or lapis.

Once you have purchased resina epossidica, mix it according to the instructions to obtain the desired mixture. At this point all you have to do is create Christmas balls and garlands to hang on the tree; to do this you will need the molds available in specialist shops. Add the pigment you want and get the colour that best represents your Christmas: red, green, or gold.
For an even brighter and more unusual tree, insert glitter or small decorations such as stones, dried flowers, or golden details into the mold.
This way you will also obtain pleasant three-dimensional effects and unique accessories to give to your loved ones for this new Christmas!
