For Milan Design Week 2025, Galleria Antonia Jannone Disegni di Architettura presents Gaetano Pesce. A Celebration of Architecture: Models, Thoughts, and Drawings, an exhibition that narrates the design revolution led by Pesce, co-produced with Studio Gaetano Pesce New York and Contemplazioni.
Set within a display of metal and resin, which completely transforms the historic Milanese gallery into a joyful yet surreal environment, the exhibition features three architectural models: Torre Pluralista, World Trade Center, and Pink Pavilion. The long-standing collaboration between Maestro Pesce and Gobbetto is reaffirmed once again, with the creation of the exhibition space serving as a stage for the show.
“Over the past forty years, I have tried to return to architecture its ability to stimulate the mind, using easily recognizable imagery usually associated with street life and popular culture. I have constantly sought new materials that adapt to the logic of construction and offer services suited to real human needs. Through my work, I have tried to convey a sense of surprise, discovery, femininity, optimism, generosity, and joy.” — Gaetano Pesce
